The VP of sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving business development, overseeing account management and leading the sales team.

- Business development and account management skills
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Must have existing deep relationships in the interior design, architecture, and flooring contractor industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
