
Spontaneous combustion of oily rags caused a dumpster fire Monday near a construction company in Lewiston, Idaho, the Lewiston Tribune reported.
The Nez Perce County Fire Department responded to a call at 6:50 p.m. for a dumpster that was fully engulfed in flames next to a piece of equipment at Summit Construction, according to the department’s Facebook post.
Two brush units, Tribal Fire and a personal water truck were on scene to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported.
