AHF Products (Mountville, Pa.) is consolidating its engineered wood operations by winding down production at its Somerset, Ky., facility by Dec. 12.
Production of densified wood products will continue at the facility through February 2026.
“Consolidating operations is never an easy decision, particularly when it impacts our people," AHF Products CEO Brent Emore said in a statement. "The team at Somerset has delivered exceptional work, and we are deeply grateful for their dedication and contributions over the years. This step, though difficult, is essential to better position AHF for success in a rapidly evolving market while ensuring customer service remains our top priority."
The company says the change will have no impact on product availability.
