AHF Products, Shaw Commercial and Mohawk Group all announced price increases in the last week.
AHF Products is increasing the prices of its flooring products in response to supply limitations related to lumber and tariffs, the company said.
AHF will implement the following price increases, effective on all orders and shipments beginning Sept. 12:
- Solid wood flooring: 5–7% increase on all collections
- Engineered wood flooring: 3–5% increase on select collections
- Residential vinyl flooring: 5–7% increase on select collections
“We are committed to supporting our customers with high-quality, domestically manufactured flooring solutions," Senior Vice President of Sales Chris King said in a statement. "Despite inflationary and geopolitical pressures, we continue working tirelessly to maintain reliable service and product value.”
Shaw Commercial will implement an average price increase of 8% on imports due to tariffs starting Sept. 22.
Mohawk Group announced a price increase of 6–9%, effective Sept. 29. Orders made before that date will not be subject to the increase.
