Registration is open for the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show Feb. 17–19, 2026, in Orlando, Fla. Registration is free for NAHB members and $75 for non-members.
Mohawk and Tunnel to Towers Foundation presented a smart home to Army Sergeant Samuel Walley and his family in Pendergrass, Ga. The Smart Home Program provides mortgage-free homes to injured veterans and first responders. These homes are specially designed to address the needs of each individual.

Total existing home sales increased 3.2% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.17 million in May, the highest rate since December 2025 but still historically low, according to the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Home Builders.
