The Hardwood Federation has been working to raise awareness among the Trump Administration and Congress of the impacts of uncertain global markets on the U.S. hardwood industry.
As part of this work, the federation is asking for companies in the industry to sign a letter to the Trump administration urging it to prioritize the U.S. hardwood industry, reduce barriers to trade and ensure the sector has equitable access to markets.
The letter asks that “the administration prioritize the U.S. hardwood industry as you continue to negotiate new trade agreements, particularly with China.”
Interested companies can fill out this form to add their name to the letter.
