Mansion Hill Custom Floors (Newport, Ky.), a premier provider of custom hardwood flooring in both residential and commercial markets, is seeking a wood flooring professional for a hybrid role that blends estimating, project management support, and sales assistance.
Prior experience with hardwood flooring is required.
The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications and may include base salary plus bonus for incentive targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare accurate job estimates for residential and commercial hardwood flooring projects.
- Assist project managers in scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing active jobs.
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, following up with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, and the installation team.
- Ensure all projects are completed to our client’s strict standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications include:
- 5 years' prior experience in the hardwood flooring industry estimating and project management and the others responsibility areas outlined on this posting(required).
- Background in the commercial sector is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency with project management or estimating software preferred
