WFB Briefs: AHSG and Centricity Partnership, New Manufactured Goods Stats, More

A new collaboration between American Home Surfaces Group (Roswell, Ga.) and insurance provider Centricity (St. Petersburg, Fla.) gives AHSG members access to Centricity’s 5-Year Accidental Damage Protection Plan. The program covers dents, scratches, cracks and stains across all flooring types, and allows qualifying retailers to offer the protection plan at the point of sale.

New orders for manufactured goods went up for the second consecutive month in September, increasing 0.2% to $612.6 billion, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

Conejo Hardwoods (Westlake Village, Cal.) recently opened a showroom in Santa Barbara, according to an Instagram post. “Our new location offers a refined selection of flooring, decking, and architectural grade building materials,” the company says.
