Bona (Englewood. Colo.) announced three leadership moves in its North American professional business: the promotion of Bryan Rathbun to Bona Certified Craftsman Program director, the appointment of Bill Herbert as senior director of marketing, and the promotion of Ilene LeBlanc to director of marketing, professional products.
Rathbun, who brings more than three decades of hardwood flooring industry experience to the role, will guide the program’s continued growth and deepen the company’s relationships with contractors and installers, according to the company. He has held several positions since joining Bona in 2015, most recently regional sales manager. Before that, he owned a flooring company for 20 years and was a charter member of the BCCP.

Herbert joins Bona from GalleherDuffy, where he served as digital marketing director. He will take over as senior director of marketing for the professional business unit in North America, and will direct marketing strategy and execution across the business.

LeBlanc has been with Bona since 2008 and has contributed to the company’s product marketing, professional programs, BCCP initiatives and presence at NWFA events.
