The National Wood Flooring Association appointed Billy Simmons certified professionals inspector programs consultant. Starting Sept. 14, he will direct the NWFACP Inspector program, analyze incoming reports, manage complaints and serve as a mentor for certified inspectors.
Simmons is a nationally recognized forensic consultant and the founder of Bay Minette, Ala.-based ITAC International, LLC, an independent firm specializing in floor failure analysis and surface traction auditing. He serves on several NWFACP committees and is an NWFACP Certified Inspector, Commercial Inspector, Installer and Sales Councilor. Additionally, he earned NWFA Vanguard and Ambassador degrees and sits on the NWFACP board of directors.
