Lumber Liquidators (Toano, Va.) has appointed Nancy A. Walsh CFO, effective Sept. 9.
Walsh replaces Interim CFO Timothy Mulvaney, who will return to his role as chief accounting officer.
Walsh comes to the role with more than 30 years of public company finance and capital markets experience, having served most recently as executive VP and CFO of Pier 1 Imports.
“The Board and I are excited to add someone with Nancy’s broad retail and finance experience to the executive team,” Lumber Liquidators President and CEO Dennis Knowles said in a statement.
The company’s previous CFO, Martin Agard, resigned in April.
