Location, location, location … that is the saying, and it sure can mean a lot. Back in 2011, Riddle Wide Plank Flooring had its business warehouse in an industrial area in Delray, Fla., that wasn't gated or fenced, and there wasn't enough room to park the work vans inside. One day owners Alan and Jenny Riddle arrived to work and found what you see here—one of their vans resting, matter-of-fact, up on cinderblocks, the beefed-up tires and rims that had been on it the night before long gone. They filed a police report, but the perps never were found. "It was just one of those weird wow-in-disbelief moments," recalls Jenny, adding that they moved to a gated area in Delray and then to downtown Palm Beach afterwards.
