WFB asked followers on Facebook to share some of their favorite wood flooring projects from the summer of 2023. Here’s how they responded:
David Friedland
We don’t get to sand Australian Cypress very often; the last time I did one was 15 years ago, when it came out wavy because of the different hardness in the knots versus the soft wood. This time we sanded on angles with the belt sander, then used a planetary sander to finish it.

Patched, sanded, and stained this gorgeous 113-year-old R&Q WO. Very happy customers.

Just finished. Rebuilt stair's railing system and refinished the flooring. This parquet is one of my favorites of the summer!
Just finished as well... my own family room. Will be posting more pics soon.
