Frank Kroupa Named NWFA Technical Training Director

Kroupa NWFA Training Director

The National Wood Flooring Association has named Frank Kroupa technical training director. In this role, Kroupa will oversee all aspects of the association's technical training schools.

Kroupa has served as an NWFA technical school instructor since 1997 and technical advisor since 2005. Overall, he has more than 25 years of experience in the wood flooring industry, including both sales and installation. He has served as member and chair of both the Technical Education and Technical Manual committees at the association, and he is an NWFACP Certified Installer, Sander and Finisher. Kroupa also holds NWFA Craftsman, Master Craftsman, Vanguard and Advanced Master degrees.

Kroupa has also previously served as a middle school reading and math instructor. He holds an undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University and a graduate degree from Boise State University.
