HF Briefs: FCICA Chairman Steps Down; NeoCon Heads East

Christopher Capobianco has stepped down as chairman of The Flooring Contractors Association; Capobianco first became chairman of the group in 2005. Gerry Swift of Potomac Floor Covering (Chantilly, Va.) has been elected as the group's next chairman, and Capobianco will take the role of immediate past chairman on the group's executive board of directors.

The ninth annual NeoCon East will be held Nov. 2-3 at The Baltimore Convention Center. This show is for the "design and management of the built environment."
