Testament to a wood floor's ability to sell homes, San Diego's Brookfield Homes is giving free wood flooring to new homebuyers at all five of its neighborhoods now selling. The company is billing the move as a thank you to residents for voting it No. 1 in the recent "San Diego's Best 2011" poll by the Union-Tribune/SignOnSanDiego.
The free wood flooring is offered for San Diego homes purchased by Nov. 15 and closing escrow no later than Dec. 28. The two flooring choices, either Pacific Treasures or Paradise Cove, is available in specified areas of each floor plan only.
The eligible homes are located in these neighborhoods: Rockrose at The Foothills in Carlsbad, Mahogany at Old Creek Ranch in San Marcos, Serenity at Stonebridge Estates and Windingwalk at Chula Vista. Home prices start in the "high $200,000s" and go up to the $800,000s. For more information, visit SBWire.
