Lessick Takes Reins of NWFA as Chairman of the BOD

During the Awards Luncheon at the NWFA Wood Flooring Expo in Dallas today, outgoing Chairman of the NWFA Rick Holden of Derr Flooring (Willow Grove, Pa.) turned leadership of the association over to incoming Chairman John Lessick of Apex Wood Floors (Downers Grove, Ill.). The new NWFA executive committee also now includes: Vice Chairman Jeff Fairbanks, Palo Duro Hardwoods (Denver); Treasurer Tommy Maxwell, Maxwell Hardwood Floors (Monticello, Ark.); Secretary Kim Holm, Mannington Wood Floors (Salem, N.J.); and Holden as immediate past chairman.

Holden led the NWFA through tremendous change during his two-year tenure as chairman, including a transition to a new CEO and an extremely successful relaunch of the NWFA Wood Flooring Expo.
