Loba Now Licensed to Use Low Emissions Seal

Screen Shot 2013 10 09 At 8 45 10 Am Loba (Ditzingen, Germany) is one of the first manufacturers of wood flooring finishes to be licensed to use the Emicode EC1 Plus seal for very low-emission products. The company's WS 2K Supra two-component waterborne finish and its WS Rush A.T. waterborne finish for on-site UV curing will now carry the EC1 Plus mark.

The GEV, the German association for the control of emissions in products for flooring installation, adhesives and building materials, launched the EC1 Plus mark on Oct. 1. The distinction is awarded to very low-emission products that comply with all legal requirements and the German Chemicals Act.
