New members of the National Wood Flooring Association board of directors were elected during the 2015 Wood Flooring Expo All-Star Awards Ceremony on April 29 in St. Louis.
Craig Dupra of Installers Warehouse was also elected to serve as secretary on the NWFA Executive Committee. Jeff Fairbanks, Palo Duro Hardwoods, will continue his term as chairman. Also continuing their terms on the executive committee are Tommy Maxwell, Maxwell Hardwood Flooring, vice president; Chris Zizza, C&R Flooring, treasurer; and John Lessick, Apex Wood Floors, immediate past chairman.
Brenda Cashion was elected to serve an initial three-year term on the board of directors.
Continuing members of the board include Kevin Murphy, Trinity Hardwood; Julie Russell, Glitsa, a division of Rudd Company; Scott Sandlin, Shaw Industries; and John Wooten, CMH Flooring Products.
Elected to serve initial one-year terms as ex-officio directors were Steve Brattin, SVB Wood Floor Service; Lenny Hall, Endurance Floor Company; Jon Namba, Namba Services Inc.; and Dan Natkin, Mannington Wood Floors.
Jim Gould, Floor Covering Institute, and Avi Hadad, Avi’s Hardwood Floors, were elected to serve as ex-officio directors for another term.
Kim Holm of Mannington Mills completed his term as secretary emeritus on the executive committee. Ex-officio director Keith Long, Thunderheart Flooring, and director Joe Rocco, Artistic Floors by Design, also completed their terms on the board of directors.
