The four-day school provided students with an overview of installation and sand and finish techniques. Other topics included water and wood relationships, milling practices, job-site evaluation and wood floor maintenance.
The course was led by NWFA Regional Instructor Jon Namba of Salt Lake City’s Namba Services Inc. The other instructors were Roger Barker, Fortifiber Building Systems Group; Mike Croes, Sika Corporation; Donna Grady, Bostik Inc.; Terry Green, DuraSeal; Marc McCalla, Craftsman Hardwood Floors; and Sheldon Walker, Rubio Monocoat.
