American OEM Wood Floors (Dickson, Tenn.), a company started by industry stalwarts Don Finkell and Wayne Cotton last year, made two changes to its management personnel.
Todd Braun, after serving as the company’s CFO since July 2014, has been promoted to chief operating officer, and Allie Finkell, most recently with Mohawk Industries, was hired as vice president of administration.
Braun has held positions around the globe as group controller with Terex Corporation, and he has served wood flooring industry roles with Foley Marten, Aacer Flooring and Shaw Industries.
Allie Finkell, in addition to her experience with Mohawk, has held positions with Anderson Hardwood Floors and Shaw. "We are excited to grow our team in Tennessee since the market is primed for a quality hardwood supplier that can provide great designs with short lead times,” Finkell said in a statement.
