American Sanders Relaunches Pride Program

American Sanders (Sparta, N.C.), following the completed acquisition by Pioneer Eclipse, will begin relaunching the Pride Program.

The Pride Program includes a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, new product registration system and a quality management system.

The program will be launched in stages in November. First will be the introduction of the quality management system to give customers access to the American Sanders team for feedback.

Following will be the launch of the 60-Day Pride Guarantee Program, which guarantees machines are free from defects, and registration system. Registration system participants will be entered to win a free edger each quarter.

“We are proud to stand behind our commitment of providing our customers with the best products possible,” said Brian Strickland, VP of product development and marketing for American Sanders, in a statement.
