The report also showed that manufacturer sales slowed in the second quarter, with growth up 6 percent versus the first quarter’s rate of 10 percent.
Both distributors and manufacturers lowered their third quarter and full-year forecasts.
The report is available only to members of the North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors.
