Cronin Company to Host NWFA ‘Green’ Lecture in Pacific Northwest

The Cronin Company’s (Portland, Ore.) Nathan Carter will present “It’s Not Easy Being Green: Sustainability of Wood,” a National Wood Flooring Association course for designers and architects, in January.

The course was developed by the NWFA and assists design professionals in understanding the green attributes of hardwood flooring so they can specify the appropriate wood species for their clients’ projects and meet green building program criteria.

Attendees will receive 1 CEU approved by the American Institute of Architects and Interior Design Continuing Education Council.

The one-day course will take place Jan. 6 at Leading Force Energy & Design Center in Yakima, Wash. It is open to all professionals in the Yakima, Wash., area.
