Wood Floor of the Year Submission Deadline Jan. 8

The deadline to submit a project to the annual National Wood Flooring Association Wood Floor of the Year awards is Jan. 8.

The winners in each of the nine categories, as well as the coveted Member’s Choice award, will be handed out during a ceremony at the Wood Flooring Expo in Charlotte, N.C., April 27–30.

Last year, the Member’s Choice award went to Real Antique Wood (Irvington, N.J.) for a live-edge walnut floor reclaimed from a tree battered by one of the area’s deadly hurricanes.

You can view all the winning entries from last year’s contest online.

Entries can be submitted online or via mail.
