Five NWFA Members Named on Forbes America’s Best Employers List

Forbes asked 30,000 American employees what the best companies to work for were, and the results include five National Wood Flooring Association members.

3M was ranked 51st, followed by PPG Industries at 184, Mohawk Industries at 188, Sherwin Williams at 232 and Shaw Industries at 282.

“We take great pride in this recognition as it illustrates our commitment to creating a better future through people,” said Vance Bell, chairman and CEO of Shaw, in a statement. “We firmly believe that the future of our company lies in the strength of our associates and their ability to achieve their highest potential.”

The full list is available online, and lists Marathon Petroleum in the number one spot.
