Wood flooring business owners have long been weary of working for trouble customers. A new website—contractorscustomers.com—aims to warn contractors about potential bad apples before they shake hands.
Contractorcustomers.com allows business owners to read and write reviews of clients. It went live earlier in 2016, and is free to business owners for a limited time.
“Any business owner knows that gaining just one well-matched new customer can be a profitable and enjoyable experience,” the company said in a statement. “Avoiding a client who is not a good match could save the business owner and the client significant time, money and undo stress.”
