Loba-Wakol LLC (Pineville, N.C.) will not ship orders containing water-based products on Fridays beginning Dec. 2 because of the chance the products will freeze.
The company also said it will be conducting daily checks of the temperature in its customers’ areas, as well as the areas its products are shipped through on their way to the customer. Water-based products will not be shipped if temperatures are at or below freezing.
