Floor & DĂ©cor(Smyrna, Ga.) will build a 74,200-square-foot building at a proposed retail center in Woodbridge, N.J.
Construction is expected to begin next spring on the store, the company’s third in New Jersey. The new site, according to the developer, will serve 134,200 residents with an average household income of $91,800. The location is passed by nearly 53,500 cars per day on average.
"We are very pleased that Floor & DĂ©cor chose Richmond Plaza for its first central New Jersey location," said Bill Lenaz, the principal of site developer R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC, in a statement. "This site is the last prime developable parcel in Woodbridge and offers great visibility and easy access from both Route 1 and St. George Ave."
