Floor and Décor IPO Biggest of the Year

Floor and Décor’s (Smyrna, Ga.) IPO showed the largest increase in value this year, according to the Financial Times.

On the day of the IPO, April 27, the stock rose 44 percent to open at $30.25 from the offer price of $21. At press time, the stock, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol FND, was valued at $36.70.

The jump beats out a 43 percent gain for software company Mulesoft and a 41 percent gain for Snap, the owner of the Snapchat social media platform.
