On the day of the IPO, April 27, the stock rose 44 percent to open at $30.25 from the offer price of $21. At press time, the stock, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol FND, was valued at $36.70.
The jump beats out a 43 percent gain for software company Mulesoft and a 41 percent gain for Snap, the owner of the Snapchat social media platform.
