Mohawk (Calhoun, Ga.) partnered with Nature’s Big Springs Water to send more than 100,000 bottles of water to the Houston area to help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
The companies split the cost of the water and will leverage Mohawk’s transportation fleet to make the delivery once the roads are passable.
“When we saw the devastation the hurricane caused, we knew we wanted to help, and we also knew we had the means to do so with our trucks,” Mohawk Vice President of Logistics Dan Flowers said in a statement.
