The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors named its Life Achievement Award, Leadership in Action Award and Growth Award recipients at the NAFCD Annual Convention in Colorado Nov. 15–17.
The Lifetime Achievement Award went to Bob Wagner of Fishman Flooring Solutions in Baltimore for showing exceptional leadership in the floor covering distribution industry. He has been a NAFCD member since 1971 and has served on the board of directors.
The Leadership in Action Award recognizes individuals who have made a positive impact in their company. It went to Kyle Gorney of Blakely Products in Warren, Mich. He has been in the construction and building industries for more than 25 years.
The Growth Award, which goes to a NAFCD member who has contributed to increasing membership, went to Zack Zehner of Mannington Mills in Salem, N.J. He has been proactive in promoting NAFCD’s value to his company’s distributors and encourages participation in NAFCD offerings, a statement from the NAFCD said.
