Armstrong Flooring (Lancaster, Pa.) and Derr Flooring Company (Willow Grove, Pa.) are celebrating 100 years of partnering to bring Bruce hardwood products to retailers.
First joining forces in 1918, the two companies say the century-old partnership is still going strong, with Bruce products distributed by Derr in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Derr is Armstrong's longest tenured wood distributor, according to a statement by Chester Derr Jr. of Derr. Derr employs over 150 people with locations in four states. "Our goal is to continue to grow together, hopefully for another 100 years," said Armstrong Sales Manager Vincent Calabrese in a statement.
