HPVA Rebrands, Launches New Website

The Hardwood Plywood & Veneer Association is now the Decorative Hardwoods Association.

The association’s rebranding was announced Feb. 27 along with the unveiling of a new website.

Decorative Hardwoods Association Board Chairman Don Finkell said in a statement that the name change would better describe the membership of the organization, which encompasses manufacturers of North American hardwood plywood, engineered wood flooring and hardwood veneer.

In keeping with the association’s mission, the new website advocates American-made wood products and sustainable forest management, with resources for where to purchase certified American wood products.
