The Flooring Distribution Group (FDG), which includes Denver Hardwood, Cascade Pacific Flooring Distributors, Lockwood Flooring, NGF Distributors and Rio Grande Flooring Distributors, is partnering with MeisterWerke of Germany to bring Lindura Engineered Hardwood Flooring into FDG markets in the U.S.
FDG said the relationship with the German company is an exclusive distribution partnership for the engineered wood, which it says is highly durable and comes in a range of visuals “from classic to contemporary.”
The Lindura line will include eight options in European oak, American walnut and American hickory.
The engineered wood has four layers, with wood on top, then a wood powder layer, followed by an anti-swelling HDF core and a real wood backing infused with wood powder technology. The high density of the HDF core board reduces floor and footfall noise, according to Lindura’s website.
