The International Standards and Training Alliance (INSTALL) will hold a grand opening for a training center in Pasadena, Texas, April 3.
The new Texas Carpenters and Millwright’s Training Center will teach INSTALL curriculum and focus on developing safety, technical, communication and leadership skills for aspiring carpenters and millwrights. The 52,000-square-foot facility will have eight classrooms, six full-time instructors and 485 apprentices.
“With major growth in cities like San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston, our commitment to the Texas market means that contractors will have better access to training and certification,” said INSTALL Executive Director John McGrath in a statement.
Industry professionals are invited to the grand opening ceremony on Tuesday, April 3, from 5–8 p.m. at 55000 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas, 75505.
