DuChateau appointed Rick Wagner as West Coast regional manager.
In the new role, Wagner will be responsible for leading the West Coast sales division, which includes 11 territory managers. He will also be in charge of coaching, training and developing new incentive programs for the company to increase market share in the company’s key markets in the West.
Wagner has 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, and was previously employed by B.R. Funsten, serving in several managerial roles for the past 11 years, most recently as vice president of its residential division.
“Rick has a strong track record of successful sales and his teams have achieved explosive growth wherever he’s been,” DuChateau Vice President of Residential Sales Todd Gates said in a statement. “He is passionate about inspiring others and is well-known and respected in our industry.”
