Fishman Flooring Solutions (Baltimore) relocated its Charlotte, N.C., branch to the Metrolina Business Park in Charlotte at 7110 Expo Drive, Suite A.
The new location is easily accessible from major thoroughfares and will feature a “customer-friendly” showroom, the company said. The new warehouse has more than double the previous capacity.
“The relocation of our Charlotte branch is very important strategically for our firm,” Fishman President and CEO Bob Wagner said in a statement. “It will not only improve our ability to more efficiently and effectively meet the needs of our current customer base in the region, but it also sets the stage for aggressive growth in an area that has very high potential for us.”
The larger warehouse, which has seven dock doors and 30-foot ceilings, will become the company’s shipping hub for the Southeastern portion of its operating footprint, expediting product transfers to Fishman branches in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
The Charlotte branch is the company’s third facility to expand in the past 18 months.
