
Houzz Pro introduced new features in its AI tool "AutoMate," which can manage administrative tasks by generating detailed financial documents, tracking expenses and overseeing tasks.
“With these latest AutoMate AI features, we’re streamlining administrative work that once took considerable time and effort,” Houzz CEO Alon Cohen said in a statement. “By tapping into AI, we’re helping to redefine how pros approach their workflows and unlock new levels of productivity, organization and impact across every stage of a project. New features include the ability to instantly generate and edit financial documents, including estimates, proposals, change orders and invoices with AutoMate AI.
AutoMate AI can also scan daily logs and notes to recommend relevant tasks proactively. Tasks can be added to the project schedule to help keep teams aligned and informed.
With the tool, pros can also take a photo of a receipt, and AutoMate AI will extract and fill in key details to instantly log an expense under the related project in Houzz Pro.
