Avery Dennison Corporation announced it completed the acquisition of the U.S.-based flooring adhesives business of Meridian Adhesives Group, which includes the Taylor Adhesives, Polycom and Frontier Products brands, for $390 million. The acquisition was announced in August.

Fishman Flooring Solutions (Baltimore) announced it has begun holding weekly safety meetings involving each of its 48 branches to build an even stronger safety culture. "Our safety record has been good over the years, but good is not sufficient at Fishman today," said Fishman President Shane Richmond. "We will not rest until we have zero injuries and zero truck and forklift incidents every working day.”
