Lumber Liquidators founder Tom Sullivan has listed Leiper's Fork Ranch, his equestrian estate in Leiper's Fork, Tenn., for $34.8 million, according to The Tennessean. Sullivan and his wife, Britta Sullivan, bought the 122-plus-acre property in 2019 and designed the six-bedroom home, which was completed in 2025.
The home features curved architectural beams, French limestone fireplaces, a leather floor in the study and wood herringbone flooring throughout the kitchen, dining room, staircase, bar area, primary bedroom and living room. The grounds include a 10-stall horse barn, a 100-by-40-foot workshop, pastures, riding areas and trails.
“It's so colorful, bold and vibrant, and the choices that they made are so individualistic,” listing agent Jamie Parsons told The Tennessean.
The listing follows a busy stretch for Sullivan and Lumber Liquidators. Sullivan's private equity firm, F9 Investments, bought the company out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2024. In September, Neighborhood Intelligence (formerly Bed Bath & Beyond) terminated its proposed $150 million acquisition of F9, and F9 subsequently filed a lawsuit against the company after unauthorized public remarks from its CEO Marcus Lemonis. LL moved its headquarters from Virginia to Lawrenceburg, Tenn., in April, and opened a 500,000-square-foot distribution and retail center there Oct. 13.
