A penthouse at 432 Park Avenue has earned the distinction of being the most expensive listing in Manhattan, and one of its features, aside from sprawling views of the city, is white oak herringbone floors.
The 8,255-square-foot condo is listed for $169 million and sits on the top 96th floor of the luxury skyscraper, the New York Post reported.
The condo was built in 2015 and its listing is a testament that wood flooring continues to be at the top of luxury flooring options—all 96 floors to the top, to be exact.
