Plans for an Uzin Utz research and development center in Waco, Texas, are underway after the Waco City Council approved an incentive package for the company this week, the Waco Tribune-Herald reports.

The facility would be 125,000 square feet and may include a seven-floor tower. It would open next year and potentially generate $40 million in wages over the next decade, according to the report.

Uzin Utz’s North America headquarters is in Aurora, Colo. The company’s brands include Pallmann, Wolff and Uzin.
