WFB Briefs: 3M August Sales Up; Gartman Turns 40; SFI’s E-Summit

3M (St. Paul, Minn.) reported $2.7 billion in sales in August, a 2% increase compared with August 2019.

Gartman LLC (Sheridan, Ark.), a family-owned business technology firm providing software products for the wholesale flooring distribution industry, is celebrating its 40th year in business with a new website design.

Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) will host an E-Summit to share ideas about the benefits of sustainably managed forests and products. The event, “Growing Solutions,” will be held Oct. 22 with a series of sessions throughout the day. Registration is $120 and can be found here.
