The National Wood Flooring Association held its entry-level school training, Principles of Wood Flooring, Sept. 15-18 at its headquarters in Chesterfield, Mo., near St. Louis.

The National Wood Flooring Association hosted its introductory wood flooring class, Principles of Wood Flooring, at its headquarters near St. Louis from March 17–20.The four-day course provides a comprehensive overview of installing, sanding and finishing wood flooring. Topics included wood origins, water-and-wood relationships, milling practices, job-site evaluation and preparation, installation methods, sand-and-finish methods and wood floor maintenance.The course was led by NWFA Vice Principle of Education and Certification Brett Miller.
