Bona US (Aurora, Colo.) has added both Dave Posey and John Fairbanks to its sport flooring department. Posey has been named regional sport manager for the company's West region, while Fairbanks has been named to the same position in the company's Southeast region. The two will be responsible for maintaining existing partnerships and increasing new business in the professional sports arenas in their regions.

Most recently, Posey worked for Floor Style Products. Fairbanks began his career at Bona in 2006 as regional territory manager for the company's Southeast region after hardwood flooring experience including contracting, retail and distribution.
