The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) held a Wood Flooring Basics school March 15-18 in Las Vegas; 17 students attended, and Technical Training Director Frank Kroupa led the class.

In addition, volunteer instructors included Galen Fitzel (3M), Mark Mukosiej (Arboritec USA Inc.), Brett Miller (Basic Coatings), Dave Erickson (Bona US), Sheldon Walker (Clarke American Sanders), Terry Green (Dura Seal), Roger Barker (Fortifiber Building Systems Group), Todd McDonald (W•D Flooring) and Adam Martin (Woodwise/Design Hardwood Products Inc.).
