Brenda Kubasta Buys Oshkosh Designs

Brenda Kubasta, who for the last six years has served as president of Oshkosh Designs, purchased the brand and all of its assets on April 14. Moving forward, Oshkosh Designs will do business as Oshkosh Floor Designs Acquisition LLC and will remain headquartered in Winneconne, Wis.; Kubasta will serve as president/CEO. Kubasta's "extreme passion" for Oshkosh Designs motivated her to attain sole ownership of the brand, according to a press release.
