With less than seven months to go until the event begins on March 27, more than 70 percent of the exhibition space for Domotex Asia has been reserved, according to VNU Exhibitions Asia, organizers of the trade show. With VNU Exhibitions Asia expecting 1,100 exhibitors, next year's show will span 11 halls.
In addition, the organizers expect an enhanced site layout and improved services will increase the business and networking opportunities for the over 40,000 international trade visitors expected to attend. Interest in the show is being driven by the Asian flooring market, which demands 1.8 billion square meters each year, according to organizers.
This year's show will offer Floortech, an area dedicated to displaying new wood flooring manufacturing technologies. Floortech will be held in hall E3, while general wood flooring, bamboo and cork will be in halls E1 to E6.
