"There are other GPP calculators available," said Matt White, mobile application designer with Dri-Eaz. "But our customers told us that the interfaces used by theses apps are confusing and they contain features that technicians rarely need."
Dri-Eaz Products (Burlington, Wash.) has release a mobile app that assesses job-site humidity levels for iPhone and Android phones. After a user inputs the job site temperature and relative humidity (RH), the app calculates grains per pound (GPP).
"There are other GPP calculators available," said Matt White, mobile application designer with Dri-Eaz. "But our customers told us that the interfaces used by theses apps are confusing and they contain features that technicians rarely need."
The app can display English, Spanish or French, and it is available for free in the Android Market or Apple's App Store.
